IL NOCE DI SILVIA

This holiday house is situated only 35km from Florence (a short train ride away) and is surrounded by green countryside. It is ideal for relaxing in total tranquillity or as a base for visiting Florence, the “Mugello” hills or other nearby areas. There is a well equipped outside area and, on request, breakfast can be provided at weekends. The apartment (approx. 50 sq.m.) has two main rooms which sleep up to four people plus a bathroom and a kitchenette.

RATES

Low season € 25,00 per person per day.

High season € 30,00 per person per day (Easter, Christmas, New Year and from 01/06 to 30/09).

The rates include hot water, electricity, heating, sheets and towels.

Conditions:

check-in h. 15.00 day of arrival.
check-out h. 10.00 day of leaving.

To confirm the booking we request a deposit of 30%.
Payment: cash or travellers cheques.
